Bring your Clone Trooper helmet into the real world with this highly-detailed interior DIY kit. The design allows for full creativity—you can paint and finish the components to your liking, ensuring your helmet matches your specific aesthetic goals. This kit includes everything you need to create a professional-grade interior finish:

  • Mouthpiece

  • Dual Interior Aerators

  • Dual Ear Pieces

  • Dual Breathing Apparatuses

  • Rubber Helmet Gaskets (edge lining for the bottom of the helmet to improve quality, comfort, and usability)

All files are included and easy to print. I used 1" Conduit Tubing for the breathing tubes, and some knee pad inserts for the foam.
The gasket must be printed out of TPU to mold around the lip of the helmet.
