This kit does NOT come weathered—it's a blank canvas for you to customize. It includes 2 blank sign pieces (one mimicking a “broken” sign) for you to paint and personalize. The diorama will come with black electronic wire to mimic power lines (with corresponding wall-attachable pieces), and 2 wooden crates.
